Returning designer Thelma West, born in Lagos, Nigeria and now dependent in London, where she runs a diamond organization together with her layout house, was impressed by the topic of enlightenment to structure about the African Moon Moth. Johnny Nelson, whose All Power Fists garnet ring was the very first product to sell at the New York sale, has developed a tribute to pioneering Afrobeat musician Felu Kuti, with the Breaker of Chains necklace, when Lola Fenhirst’s Edan Employees gold and diamond earrings are rooted in her noble Nigerian ancestry. Melanie Eddy’s Anthem ring encourages the viewer to find elegance in the surprising – like the inclusions of its golden beryl – and consider about our own imperfections as we look forward, influenced by the Leonard Cohen tune of the same title.
